This fantastic dual course offering is composed of an in-person weekend event & live-stream with Master Bruce Frantzis, paired with an additional recorded online program by Senior Instructor Paul Cavel .

Together, these two courses give you a powerful way to deeply understand and embody the neigong (internal skill) of twisting for your health, practice, and life.

You’ll be learning from world-class teachers both in-person and online with recordings of the weekend workshop and a separate online course accessible before the event.
