This virtual training camp offered from The Energy Arts training center is about beginning or deepening an existing qigong, tai chi, and other internal arts practice in order to help you deliver a deeper level of mental & physical health benefits. This course will combine three consecutive weekends of concentrated learning with follow up guided training sessions in between to help you develop the infrastructure to support and embody this profound internal technology. Tune in to each class and guided practice in real-time via our live-stream broadcast, or review recorded sessions at your convenience to learn at your own pace. It’s the next best thing to being here with us at in Colorado!
