Cancellation and Refund Policy

For our Single Course Monthly & Unlimited Monthly Memberships, you may cancel during the first week of your membership for a pro-rated refund. After the first week, that month's membership payment becomes non-refundable.

For our Unlimited Annual Membership, you may cancel within 30 days of registration for a refund of the remaining 11 months of your membership. After 30 days, your Unlimited Annual Membership payment becomes non-refundable.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and if you experience a health related or other major emergency, we'll work with you to find a fair solution.
